TERMS OF USE
How this site may be used.
1. Who we are
This website (annalume.com) is operated by Annalume Inc. (“Annalume”, “we”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. What belongs to Annalume
Everything on this site, including the text, design, layout, graphics, the demonstration, the Trust page and the underlying code, is owned by Annalume Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Annalume and the Annalume mark are trademarks of Annalume Inc. Nothing here grants you a license to any of it beyond what section 3 allows.
3. What you may do
You may view the site, link to it, and print or save a page for your own or your organization’s evaluation of Annalume.
4. What you may not do without our written permission
- Copy, reproduce, republish, mirror or distribute the site or any substantial part of it.
- Collect content from the site by automated means (crawling, scraping, mirroring or bulk download), except (a) a search engine indexing the site to return links and short excerpts, and (b) an AI assistant fetching a page to answer a specific person’s question with a link back to the source.
- Use any content from the site to train, fine-tune, evaluate or build a machine-learning or AI model or dataset.
- Reproduce the site’s design, structure or presentation for another product or service, or remove any copyright, trademark or attribution notice.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with any software or security measure on the site.
The permissions in section 3 end automatically if you breach this section. Our robots.txt and Content Signals state the same preferences for machines; these terms are the agreement.
5. The demonstration
The product demonstration on this site uses a fictional city and illustrative material. It is a showing, not advice, and not a representation about any real city, document or decision.
6. Requests and correspondence
Information you send us through the site or to hello@annalume.com is handled as described in our Privacy notice.
7. Third-party sites
Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
8. No warranty for the website
The website is provided “as is” for information. We take care with it, but we don’t promise it is error-free or always available, and to the extent the law allows we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here governs the Annalume product, which is covered by its own agreement.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date below tells you when. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: hello@annalume.com.
